Crock Pot Beef Tips

1/4 c. margarine
2 lbs. sirloin of beef cut into cubes
3/4 c. white wine
1/2 c. water
1 clove garlic, minced
2 (10 oz) cans golden mushroom soup
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
Cooked noodles

Heat margarine in skillet. Add beef and brown on all sides. Place into slow cooker, add wine, water, garlic, soup and onion. Cook for 6 hours on low. Serve over noodles. Serves 8.
