Crock Pot Chicken and Vegetable Chowder Recipe

1lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut into pieces
1can (10-3/4 ounces) cream of potato soup
1can (14-1/2 ounces) chicken broth
1package (10 ounces) frozen broccoli cuts
1c. sliced carrots
1jar (4-1/2 ounces) mushrooms, drained
1/2     c. chopped onion
1/2     c. whole kernel corn
2cloves garlic, minced
1/2teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/3     c. half-and-half

Mix chicken, broth, soup, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, onion, corn, garlic, and thyme in Crockpot. Cover; cook on LOW  6 hours. Stir in half-and-half. Turn Crockpot to Hi. Cover and cook 15 minutes.
