Crock Pot Potato Soup
8 lbs potatoes, peeled & sliced
1 small onion, chopped
2 tbsp butter
2 cubes chicken bouillon
2 tbsp dried parsley
6 c water
2 c milk
1/2 c flour
Put potatoes, onion, butter, bouillon, parsley & water in Crock Pot. Cook on Low 6 hours. 30 min. prior to serving, mix the milk & flour until smooth, & put into soup. Cook 30 minutes or until thickened.
