Crock Pot Roasted Herb Chicken
1 (3-4 lb) chicken
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 tsp dried parsley
2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried marjoram
1 tsp margarine
Sprinkle, salt, pepper, parsley, basil and marjoram in the cavity of rinsed and dried chicken. Dot margarine on the chicken skin and place the chicken with wings down, in the crockpot. Cook on high for 1 hour and then reduce and cook on low for 8 hours. Serves 6.
