Crock Pot Scalloped Potatoes

8 large potatoes, peeled & sliced
1 c milk
1 c reserved potatoe water
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp onion powder
pepper to taste

Cook potatoes in boiling water for 15 minutes; drain but keep 1 c of the potato water. Put potatoes in Crock Pot. Mix milk, reserved water, mustard, salt, onion powder & pepper in a bowl. Pour over potatoes & cook on Low for 4 hours. Serves 8.  Add 4 slices of cheese or 2 c ham if you'd like for variety!
