Crock Pot Streusel Cake
1 pkg pound cake mix (16 oz.)
1/4 c brown sugar
1 tbsp flour
1/4 c finely chopped nuts
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Follow pound cake package directions & pour batter into well greased & floured 2 lb coffee can. Combine sugar, flour, nuts & cinnamon; sprinkle over batter. Put can in crock pot. Cover top of can with 8 sheets of paper towels. Cover and bake on high 3 to 4 hours or until cake tests for doneness.
