CROCK POT ZUCCHINI

6 cups zucchini thinly sliced
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup shredded carrots
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup flour
1 (8 oz.) stuffing crumbs
1/2 cup butter

Combine zucchini, onions, carrots, and soup. Combine sour cream and flour and stir into vegetables. Toss crumbs and butter. Put half of the crumbs on the bottom of the crockpot; then vegetables; put remainder of crumbs on top. Cook on low for 7 hours.
Crock Pot Cooking Tip

To speed up cooking time,  place aluminum foil under the crock pot lid. The foil reflects the heat back onto the food and keeps the heat in the crock pot.

When your recipe calls for vegetables, be sure to cut them into bite-size pieces  for better cooking,   vegetables can take longer to cook than meat in Crockpots.
