Slowcooker RANCH POTATOES
2-1/2 lbs small red potatoes, quartered
1 (8.00 ounces) container sour cream
1 (0.04 ounce) package buttermilk ranch salad dressing mix
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
Place the cut up potatoes in the crockpot. In a small bowl, mix together the remaining ingredients and then spoon over the potatoes. Stir to blend well. Cover; cook on low setting for 7 hours. Stir gently before serving.
Crock Pot Cooking Tip
To speed up cooking time, place aluminum foil under the crock pot lid. The foil reflects the heat back onto the food and keeps the heat in the crock pot.
When your recipe calls for vegetables, be sure to cut them into bite-size pieces for better cooking, vegetables can take longer to cook than meat in Crockpots.
